No one wants to be a victim of scammers. No matter how many measures are taken in this regard, the security of your card information is primarily in your hands. With the slightest carelessness, fraudsters can steal your funds. You don't have to do much to protect your banking information: just don't share it with outsiders.
To protect yourself from scammers, consider the following:
- Do not share the 16-digit number, expiration date and three-digit CVV code on the card with anyone,
- Do not send a photo of the card with full details to anyone,
- Do not share the one-time password (OTP) sent by the bank for online transactions with anyone,
- Do not tell/write down Internet Banking and mobile application user passwords to outsiders,
- In suspicious cases, immediately block the card through the Yelo App and contact the number 981.
