A free eye check-up was organized for employees at the Bank's Head Office with the participation of a professional ophthalmologist. After the eye check-up, expert therapists conducted an educational session on common health problems that are common in today's work environment. Therapists shared their knowledge and tips on how to deal with back and neck pain, light exercises that can be done in the office, and the importance of ergonomics.
