Which cards are eligible for Cashback?
Cashback applies to transactions made with Yelo Digital, Yelo Light, Yelo Premium, Yelo Infinite, Yelo Saving and Yelo Taksit cards in AZN, USD, and EUR, and is calculated in AZN equivalent.
How can I activate cashback?
Customers who obtain a Yelo card for the first time are provided with the “Welcome” package as a complimentary offer from the bank, which is valid for 30 days from the card issuance date.
Existing customers may subscribe to the Standart or Bright packages in accordance with their terms and conditions.
What is the difference between the “Welcome”, “Standart”, and “Bright” packages?
The “Welcome” package is provided by the bank as a complimentary offer to customers who obtain a Yelo debit card for the first time and is valid for 30 days from the card issuance date.
Customers who receive a Yelo debit card for the first time and meet the conditions of the Standart or Bright packages may subscribe to one of these packages. The Standart and Bright packages differ in terms of conditions and cashback rates. The Bright package offers higher cashback rates.
Which package applies if I have both a loan and a deposit?
If either the loan or deposit amount meets the criteria, the relevant Standard or Bright package is applied automatically.
In which currency is Cashback calculated?
Cashback is calculated only in AZN equivalent.
When is the calculated Cashback paid?
The calculated Cashback amount is credited to your card balance within 3 business days.
Is it mandatory to select categories to earn Cashback?
Yes. To earn Cashback, you must select main and additional categories every month starting from the 1st day of the month.
If no categories are selected, Cashback will not be calculated.
In which cases is Cashback not credited or suspended?
Cashback is not credited or is temporarily suspended if:
- The card balance remains negative for more than 15 days;
- There is an active loan overdue by more than 15 days.
In such cases, Cashback amounts are not credited, and category selection for the following month becomes unavailable.
